All dogs must have proof of up-to-date vaccinations including BORDATELLA, RABIES, DISTEMPER AND PARVO

 

All dogs must have adequate flea protection from the months of April-November (ADVANTAGE OR REVOLUTION). Remember the dogs do come in our home and we have 3 cats (that are amongst the dogs) and 5 dogs of our own to protect.

 

All dogs must be house trained.

Any dogs marking or having accidents will be crated overnight. NO pad or paper trained dogs PLEASE! ( It is a beautiful century home).

 

All dogs over the age of 8 months should be spayed or neutered.

 

All dogs must be in good house and not have had any communicable conditions within the past 30 days. We reserve the right to isolate any dogs at any time due to health issues.

 

All dogs must be non-aggressive and we reserve the right to isolate any dog at any time due to aggressive behaviour.

 

All dogs must be screened before a stay with us. You must have an appointment for a screening.

 

All dogs must have information forms filled out as well as a signed owner’s agreement.

 

Owners are responsible for their dogs meals, any dog who does not have food will be fad the same food as ours at an extra charge of $5.00 a meal.

 

No dogs will be allowed who are capable if jumping a 5’ fence (the height of our fencing)

 

ALL DOGS MUST WEAR LEASHES ON THE PREMISES WHEN ARRIVING AND LEAVING

 

PLEASE DO NOT APPROACH THE FENCE ON ARRIVAL OR WHEN LEAVING.
